1. One Year Limited Warranty covers the neon glass sculpture from failure as long as the glass sculpture is not broken or cracked.
2. We guarantee safe delivery of the glass sculpture. Due to it's fragile nature, You have 24hrs after delivery to contact us regarding a damaged glass sculpture. All shipments are insured with our shipper UPS. In the unlikely event of shipping damage, You are required to retain all shipping material for UPS inspection and pick up.
3. NO WARRANTY FOR GLASS BREAKAGE 24+ hours after delivery has been made - NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. There is no warranty that the color will match what You see on your computer monitor due to variations in how different computer monitors reproduce colors.
NEON TRANSFORMER BASE:
1. Two Year Limited Warranty covers Neon Transformer failure.
2. We guarantee safe delivery of the Neon Transformer Base. Due to it's fragile nature, You have 24hrs after delivery to contact us regarding a damaged Neon Transformer Base. All shipments are insured with our shipper UPS. In the unlikely event of shipping damage, You are required to retain all shipping material for UPS inspection and pick up.
3. NO WARRANTY FOR NEON TRANSFORMER BASE BREAKAGE 24+ hours after delivery has been made - NO EXCEPTIONS.
