All electrodes are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from original purchase date. The warranty covers PRODUCT REPLACEMENT ONLY. The warranty absolutely DOES NOT cover incurred expenses including, but not limited to, labor, travel, shipping or repair. The warranty covers PRODUCT REPLACEMENT ONLY. Any alterations, abuse, misuse or accidental damage voids this warranty. Shipping damage must be reported within five (5) working days of receipt. All shipping damage claims must be made with the carrier. All packaging material must be held for carrier inspection. By ordering, you agree to the terms set forth.
To ensure rigid quality control, all phases of manufacturing are performed in-house, including emission coating, inverter welding shells with lead wires and sealing and centering the mounts in glass envelopes.
